Born in Orlando, Florida in 1955. Holds B.A. Degree with High Honors in Political Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from The American University, Washington D.C. respectively. Additional studies at the University of Trier in Germany. Member of the Florida Bar since 1980. 

Florida Attorney representing foreign and US clients in international business transactions involving investment, real estate, business acquisitions, business formations, immigration, contractual relationships, tax planning both onshore and offshore.

Formerly US Army CPT JAGC attorney for Third Armored Division and Fifth Corps HQ, Frankfurt am Main, Germany serving as legal liaison to Hessen and North Rhine-Westfalen Ministries of Justice.

Former head of Florida Japan Society, Former President of German American Commerce Society in Orlando.

Liturgist and teacher at the United Methodist Church. Resides in Eustis, Florida.

Fluent in English and German.
